Shipping destinations and charges

Enter your delivery country, postal code, and complete address at checkout to see the shipping methods available for your order. The rates below apply to eligible orders and destinations where those methods are offered. A destination appearing in a country selector does not guarantee that a shipping service is available for every address.

  • Standard Shipping: US$4.99 for a qualifying merchandise subtotal below US$49.
  • Free standard shipping: available when your qualifying merchandise subtotal is US$49 or more after discounts and before tax and shipping charges.
  • Expedited Shipping: US$8.99 when this option is offered at checkout. The US$49 free standard shipping offer does not make expedited shipping free.

Discounts can reduce the merchandise subtotal below the free standard shipping threshold. Review the final shipping method and charge before paying. For a custom team order, confirm the quotation and shipping arrangements with CHD before payment.

Order processing and custom production

In-stock orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2 business days. This is an estimated processing period, not a delivery promise. Processing takes place before dispatch and is separate from transit time. The 10–14 business day estimate below does not start on the date you place your order.

Orders first move through domestic forwarding and shipment consolidation in China. A tracking number may not be available for a few days during this stage. The temporary absence of a tracking number does not necessarily mean that your order has not been processed. Contact us with your order number if you need an update.

For custom teamwear, production and dispatch timing depend on the agreed artwork, specifications, quantity, and destination. Confirm those details and your event date with CHD before payment. The usual 2-business-day processing estimate for in-stock items does not apply to custom production.

Estimated transit time

Standard shipping: estimated 10–14 business days after dispatch. This is a transit estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Add order processing or custom production time when planning your order. Customs clearance, carrier operations, public holidays, and the destination can affect delivery.

For expedited shipping, ask us to confirm the available transit estimate for your order and destination before choosing it. Do not assume that the standard shipping estimate or a particular arrival date applies to expedited shipping.

Customs, import duties, and taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance charges. Free standard shipping covers the standard shipping charge only; it is not a promise that import charges are included or waived.

The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties, import taxes, and customs clearance charges. A low order value does not guarantee that a shipment will be exempt from these charges. Review any charges shown at checkout before paying, and contact us before ordering if you have questions about the shipping arrangements for your destination.

Tracking and delivery questions

If you have a tracking number or link for your shipment, use it to check the carrier's updates. If you have not received tracking details, cannot access an update, or need help with a delayed or missing parcel, email us with your order number and delivery postal code so we can review the shipment.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses

Check your recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, postal code, country, and contact details before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly with your order number and the corrected address.

An address correction request does not confirm that the carrier or shipping record has been changed. Ask us to confirm the status of your request. If the parcel has already been dispatched, contact us so we can check what options remain available. Any return, redelivery, or additional charge needs to be discussed for the specific shipment; this policy does not set an automatic redelivery fee.
