Custom Football Jersey Reorders: Match Your Team Kit

For a custom football jersey reorder, collect the original order reference, approved artwork and a separate list of the additional jerseys you need. Ask CHD to confirm whether the original model, fabric and decoration can still be supplied before treating the new batch as an exact repeat.

This checklist is for new players, replacement jerseys and additions to an existing team kit. Reorder availability, minimum quantity, price and timing need confirmation for the new order.

1. Build a reference pack from the original order

Start with the order number or approximate order date and the team contact who placed it. Add the jersey model, final approved front-and-back artwork and photos of an original garment. Close views of the collar, sleeve, name and number are more useful for matching details than a distant group photo alone.

If the original artwork is missing, say so. A team photo can help identify the visual direction, but it does not provide a reliable color standard, printable logo file or complete production specification.

2. Separate repeat details from changes

Keep from the original order Confirm for the new batch
Model and garment cut Current model availability and any specification changes
Team colors, logo and number style Artwork version, color reference and decoration method
Placement of names, numbers and sponsors New player information and any changed sponsor marks
Previous size record Each player's current size using the applicable chart
Previous delivery address Current destination, required date and contact person

3. Send only the quantities you want to add

Use one row per player or item, with columns for name to print, number, size and quantity. Mark replacements separately from additional players. If the same number appears twice, explain whether the duplicate is intentional. This helps avoid confusing the full team roster with the smaller reorder.

For example, a replacement jersey for an existing player and a jersey for a new player can share the same design but need different sizes and lettering. Both belong on the new order list; neither should be inferred from the old roster.

4. Review matching details and a new proof

Ask whether the original fabric, print or embroidery finish and color references remain available. A worn jersey can look different from a newly produced one, and photos taken under different lighting can make the same color appear different. If matching is critical, discuss how CHD will compare the reference and proposed result before production.

Check every changed name and number on the new proof, including spelling, capitalization and placement. Confirm the current quotation and delivery plan even when most of the artwork is unchanged.

A real team design to use as a visual reference

The Suzhou Blue Knights T101 case shows how one identity appears across a team. Your reorder reference pack should also include close views and the original specifications. If you are updating the look, compare six real team jersey designs and identify the changes explicitly.
