3. Prepare the order details
Send the model, original logo artwork, requested colors, player names and numbers, quantities by size, delivery destination and date needed. Use the jersey quote request checklist before submitting.
4. Confirm the proposal
Review artwork placement, spelling, sizes, quantities, price and timing with CHD. For an existing team kit, use the reorder checklist to identify the previous model and design.
